2. There, you’ll be guided step by step through the activation process.
3. The SIM card will then be delivered to you a short while later, already activated.

1. Visit the Website  www.selbst-aktivieren.de
2. Enter the 5-digit promotional code on the website and click on ‘Activate SIM now’.
   • You’ll find the 5-digit code on the back of the SIM card (inside the booklet, bottom right).
3. Once activation is complete, your SIM card will be activated within a few hours*.

*The provider only activates accounts on business days, from Monday to Friday.

If you bought your Anio 6 directly from Telekom and are on a Telekom contract, you’ll need to insert your SIM card not activate it yourself.

It will be activated automatically within a maximum of 2–3 hours after the contract is signed. You can then start using the watch straight away.

You can find the steps for correct activation on the congstar website itself. We’ll explain the individual steps and what you need to select at each stage.
Please make sure you also carry out point 12.

2. Select the ‘Retail’ category there and tap ‘Activate card’.
3. To activate the SIM card, you must verify your identity at the end of the activation process using a valid identity card or passport. This can be done either via video chat, at a post office or via eID.
4. First, click on ‘Activate prepaid card now’.
5. You will then be taken through the activation process and should follow the instructions.
6. Once you have entered your card details, you can choose between various prepaid plans.
7. We recommend the ALLNET FLAT XS Tarif. It’s the perfect tariff for new users, offering unlimited calls and texts to all German networks and 1 GB of data, including LTE 25.
8. Once you have chosen your tariff, you will need to register with congstar and enter your personal details and identification details.
9. You will then be shown an overview of your customer details and your selected products and services, and you can place an order for these, subject to payment. Your credit balance of €7.50 will be automatically deducted from the invoice amount. The one-off starter pack fee does not apply to congstar cards that you received directly from us with the watch.
10. Once you have confirmed your selection, you will be taken to the identity verification stage.
11. As soon as the identity verification has been successfully completed, you will receive an activation confirmation from congstar by email and text message. You will then be reachable via your new pay-as-you-go card.
12. To ensure that your watch and your congstar plan continue to work after 4 weeks, it is essential that you activate the ‘Comfort Top-up’ service with congstar. This is the only way to ensure that there is always sufficient credit on your congstar SIM card.

If you bought your Anio 6 directly from Magenta AT and are on a Magenta contract, you’ll need to insert your SIM card not activate it yourself.

It will be activated automatically within a few minutes of the contract being finalised. You can then start using the watch straight away.

The yesss! KIDS Watch plan is pre-installed on the enclosed SIM card, and once you’ve registered the card, you have one month to activate the plan.

You now need to register your SIM-card. The KIDS WATCH tariff is already pre-installed on the SIM card. To benefit from this tariff, all you need to do is register.

Register for your contract tariff online via the app or Account Manager

1. SIM-card registration: To sign up via the yesss! app or the Account Manager, please register your SIM card on this page.
2. Register your contract tariff online: In the app and in the Account Manager, under the menu item ‘Register contract tariff’, select the yesss! KIDS Watch tariff*.
3. Please complete the registration form: yesss! require various personal details from you and your bank details for the monthly direct debit of the fees. Please ensure that the account holder’s name and bank details (IBAN, BIC) match, as otherwise the registration process will be interrupted and may not be completed.
4. Verifying your bank details: In order to verify your details, yesss! will debit a small amount from your account – this amount will be credited back to you.
5. Activation: Your new tariff will then be activated immediately and will be available to you. The roaming service will be activated separately. Your existing yesss! pay-as-you-go credit will be automatically credited to your first monthly bill (excluding bonus credit and package contents) and deducted from your first monthly bill .
6. Send the signed registration form: Once your tariff has been successfully activated, you will find in the Account Manager or in the yesss! app a PDF containing your contract details – please print out this PDF and sign it. Then scan it or take a photo of it and upload it back to the same place in the Account Manager or the yesss! app again.
