The battery life of the Anio 6 depends on various factors.
The battery of a new Anio 6 has a standby time of 72 hours, which is the longest period during which the device can operate without an internet connection (no SIM card) and remain inactive.
As soon as the watch is turned on and connected to a network, continuous communication occurs between the watch, our servers, and the Anio app, which leads to accelerated battery drain. If the SIM card's internet credit is used up, the watch constantly tries to connect to the app, which increases the watch's battery consumption.
Please also consider the following factors regarding battery life:
- A new watch in active standby mode (no usage except standard interval) has a battery life of 24-48 hours, depending on the reception strength of the available mobile network. These figures are based on optimal network reception, which can vary greatly.
- According to customer reports, battery life is shorter on the 1&1 network compared to the Telekom network.
- If the SIM card's internet credit is used up, the watch constantly tries to connect to the app, which increases the watch's battery consumption.
