Face ID/Touch ID for Login
- Activate or deactivate easier login using biometric data here
Own position
- Activate or deactivate the display of your own position on the map here
Vibration alerts
- Activate or deactivate vibration notifications for new locations and completed actions here
App version
- Here you will find the current version of the app, which you can provide when contacting Customer Support
User data
Anio Account
- The email address you used when registering the device and to log in to the app is displayed here. If you want to change your email address, you must contact Customer Support.
- By clicking "Change password", you can set a new password. A new window will open in which you must enter your old and new passwords and complete the process by saving.
Preferred e-mail language
- Here you can specify the language in which you would like to receive emails sent to you relating to the app
Chatname
- If you did not enter a chat name or entered an incorrect one when logging in, you can change it here. The chat name is displayed on the watch when exchanging chat messages.
Login notifications
- Here you can set how you would like to be notified if someone else logs in using your user data.
Delete Account
- By clicking "Delete Account", a dialogue box opens in which you can confirm whether you really want to delete your account and what the consequences will be.
Privacy
Here you will find our complete Privacy Policy, which you accepted by confirming it when you first logged in to the app.
Help
By clicking "Help", our Help Centre opens, where you can find various articles with descriptions and assistance.
