If you press the side SOS button, the phone numbers you have saved will be called one after the other. Before the call, you must confirm the emergency call with the ✔ .
Important: For older firmware versions than V1.18.2, if no SOS phone numbers are saved, pressing the SOS button will call the police emergency number 112.
Setup
1. Tap on "Basic Settings" in the Anio settings.
2. Select "SOS/SMS".
Here you can save three phone numbers. These will be called in order when the SOS button is pressed. If a previous number is not reached, if a voicemail or other announcement is reached, the watch will not call another number.
An error has occurred
- The SOS call only starts if the SOS button on the watch is pressed for longer than 3 seconds. Additionally, the SOS call must be confirmed via the ✔.

Please check the device’s reception at the time of activation. The watch can only establish a connection if there is sufficient reception. HERE you can learn how to best check the reception.
Save the SOS numbers again and wait two minutes before pressing the SOS button. - Of course, it can also happen that the SOS button is defective. If you can rule out all other sources of error, please contact our support in writing.
