General - Silence Times

So that your child can wear the watch during school hours without being distracted, you can set so-called silence times via the app.

• During this time, the time display on the screen turns red
• The display input is locked
• The watch cannot be operated
• All incoming calls, messages, and alarms are blocked during quiet hours
• After the quiet hours end, missed messages are marked with a red exclamation mark and can then be read or listened to.
• The SOS button is, by the way, always available even during silence times

Set up Silence Times

Set the different silence times here.

Open the Silence times menu

• Enter the duration of the silence times. This is the time your child is at school, or any other activity.
• Select the day or days on which the silence times should be active.
• Select "Add".

Important: Please set the silence times only until 11:59 PM and not overnight.

You can then add other silence times and deactivate or delete them as needed.

Silence Times Are Not Working

Are no silence times displayed on the watch?
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
 

1. Check if your watch has reception to the app. You can do this here.
2. If your watch has reception to the app:
   1. Open the Quiet Hours settings in the app
   2. Delete all quiet hours
   3. Wait for 3 minutes
   4. Enter the quiet hours again
