If your device has been lost or stolen, we recommend you take the following steps immediately:
Block the SIM Card
- By Phone: Call the blocking emergency number 116 116, which is available nationwide in Germany 24/7. Alternatively, you can also contact the blocking hotline of your mobile network provider, which you can usually find on your provider’s website.
- Online: Log in to your provider’s online customer portal. There you will usually find an option such as “Block SIM card” with further information..
- Important Information: Have your phone number and customer number (with the mobile network provider) or other personal identification data ready when you contact them.
Block Your Anio Watch
Inform us via a support ticket that your device has been stolen or lost.
Please provide us with the following information:
- The serial number or registration code of the watch
- The phone number of the blocked SIM card
- One of the registered SOS numbers
- The email address with which the device was registered
We will then delete the device from your account and register it in our account where we manage lost devices. This prevents a finder or thief from registering the watch anew. If someone tries to register a "found" watch, this will not be possible because it is registered in our loss account.

In Case of Theft: Take the IMEI Number to the Police
If the watch has indeed been stolen, you should report the theft to the police. Every watch can be clearly identified via the serial/IMEI number, so the police may be able to identify the rightful owner with our help if the device is found.
