Resetting the watch can be helpful if you are selling it or if there is a possible software error. In both cases, you also need to completely remove the watch from the app. If you are resetting the watch to fix an issue, you can simply add it back to your existing Anio app account afterwards.
Resetting the Watch
- Swipe to the battery indicator and tap it once.
- Then tap the QR code five times.
- Enter the code 2104 on the keypad.
- Confirm by tapping the green checkmark.
Important: Restart the watch afterwards.
Turning Off the Watch
- Swipe to the battery indicator and tap it once.
- Tap the QR code five times.
- Enter the code 1973.
- Confirm by tapping the green checkmark.
- The watch will now turn off.
You can turn the Anio watch back on using the power button.
Removing the Watch from the Anio App
- Open the Anio app.
- Tap the watch icon at the bottom.
- Select the watch you want by tapping the watch icon again.
- Scroll down and tap “Remove Anio”.
🚨 Important: After these steps, all personal data on the watch will be permanently deleted.
Troubleshooting: Afterwards, you can set up the watch again in the app and check if the issue is resolved.
