Log in and get started

Once your account and product are registered, you can now log in to the app.

1. First, open the Anio app.
2. Enter the email address you used to register in the app.
   Be sure to enter your address in the same format as you did during registration.
3. Now enter the password you set when registering in the app.
   If you previously agreed to biometric login, you can also tap the fingerprint icon and log in using your fingerprint or face ID.
4. On your first login, the privacy agreement will be displayed. Scroll all the way down and tap "Accept." Note: Without this consent, the app cannot be used.
5. Now set the name that will be shown to the wearer when you exchange messages.

Having issues?

• Error message "The email address is already taken": You have already registered with this email address into the Anio app. Use the "Forgot password" function and log in.
• Error message "Invalid password": The password must be at least 9 characters long and include a number, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a special character.
