How to set up the geofence:
Tap on "Add Zone"
On the map, you can now use your finger to find the desired zone.
Below, you can set the radius from 300 meters to 5 kilometers.
You can give the zone a name and select an icon for the zone below that.
- Tap on the icon next to "Zone symbol"
- Tap on the icon you want to choose; your selection will be outlined in red
- Tap "Select" at the bottom
Back on the home page, you still need to set the time window during which this geofence area should be active. To activate the geofence permanently, a time window from 00:00 to 23:59 must be set:
- Under "Start," set the time when the geofence should be active
- Under "End," set the time when the geofence should be deactivated
- After setting the times, tap "Add"
Once everything is set, tap "Add".
To delete, simply tap on the corresponding geofence, then you can tap "Delete" at the bottom.
Your created geofence area now appears in the overview. You can activate or deactivate it using the slider on the right side.
At the bottom, you can add additional geofence zones.
Having a problem?
If one of the following errors appears, please tap on the respective message for a solution:
- I am not receiving push notifications
- I receive messages even though the watch has not left the geofence
- Settings are not being transferred to the device
- I receive the error message "Oops, something went wrong!" and I am using an iOS device
